      Setting Up Your Instantly Account with Clickx

      Follow these step-by-step instructions to set up your Instantly account quickly and efficiently, so you can start your cold emailing campaigns seamlessly. Choose Your Setup Option:

      Option 1: Let Clickx Set Up Your Instantly Account

      • Schedule a call with Clickx and be prepared to sign up for Instantly during the session. Have your payment details ready.
      • Clickx will handle the setup for you, including inbox creation, integrations, and warm-up processes.

      Option 2: Set Up Instantly Yourself

      • Sign up directly for Instantly's Hypergrowth plan ($97/month) here.
      • Important: Before proceeding, grant Clickx access to your account for setup verification and troubleshooting:
        • Log in to your Instantly dashboard.
        • Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Account & Workspace' and rename your workspace clearly (e.g., Your Agency Name).
        • Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Members' and reach out via Slack to the Clickx support team to obtain the appropriate email address for inviting Clickx as a user.

      Next Steps

      Step 1: Add and Set Up Inboxes

      • In your Instantly dashboard, navigate to 'Inboxes'.
      • Click 'Add New' and select 'Done for You Email Setup' to automate inbox setup.
      • Choose your domain(s) or add your own.
      • Enter desired email prefixes (e.g., firstname@yourdomain.com).
      • Inbox cost is approximately $5 per month per inbox.

      Step 2: Enable Warm-Up

      • Instantly automatically warms up inboxes. Allow at least 2 weeks for optimal deliverability.
      • Request Clickx premium warm-up service via Slack for improved inbox health.
        • Note: Premium warm-up is only available for existing Clickx clients and will be disabled upon cancellation.

      Step 3: Integrate Instantly with Clickx

      • Log into Clickx.
      • Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Integrations'.
      • Enable 'Email Prospecting'.
      • Select 'Instantly', generate an API key, label it clearly, and copy this back into Clickx.

      Step 4: Email Verification

      • Sign up for MillionVerifier.
      • Obtain your API key and add it to Clickx integrations.

      Step 5: Optional - OpenAI Integration

      • For personalized emails, obtain an API key from ChatGPT and integrate it with Clickx.

      Step 6: Setting Up Your First Campaign

      • Create your campaign within Instantly ('Campaigns' > 'Add New Campaign').
      • Name your campaign clearly (e.g., 'NYC Dentists').
      • Import verified leads from Clickx.
      • Set email templates and schedule email intervals (e.g., every 5 days).

      Step 7: Launch and Monitor

      • Activate your campaign.
      • Regularly monitor and adjust inbox usage based on performance and budget.

      Additional Support

      • Use Slack for ongoing support from Clickx.

      Identify Target Industries

      • Communicate your chosen industries to Clickx via Slack for data support.
