How to Use Your Own Inboxes for Email Outreach

At Clickx, we specialize in helping you connect with your potential customers through effective email outreach. We provide data from our extensive database of millions of small businesses, along with inboxes and domains as an add-on for outreach. If you prefer to use your own domains and inboxes, follow these steps to give us access so we can prepare them for outreach to your prospects.

Connecting Your Own Google/G Suite Accounts for Outreach

Step 1: Enable IMAP Settings

To connect your Google Suite account, start by enabling IMAP:

  1. Open Your Gmail Account: Log in to your Gmail or G Suite account.
  2. Access Settings: Click the gear icon in the top right corner and select Settings.
  3. Select Forwarding and POP/IMAP Tab: Navigate to this tab within the settings menu.
  4. Enable IMAP Access: In the IMAP Access section, select Enable IMAP.
  5. Save Changes: Once enabled, click Save Changes to apply.

Step 2: Allow Instantly to Access Your Google Workspace

To allow Instantly access, follow these steps:

  2. Use Client-ID: Enter the following Client-ID to find Instantly: 536726988839-pt93oro4685dtb1emb0pp2vjgjol5mls.apps.googleusercontent.com.
  3. Approve Access: Select Instantly and approve it to access your Google Workspace.

Step 3: Share Access Information

To finalize the setup, share the necessary account details:

  1. Create a Google Sheet: List the usernames or emails for the accounts you wish to connect.
    Note: We recommend starting with two emails per domain and a minimum of five domains, totaling ten inboxes. You can add as many as you like—the more domains and emails you have, the more messages we can send each day. In higher volume situations, you will need to upgrade your plan to include additional data and email verification credits in order to maximize your capacity.
  2. Share with Clickx: Provide access to this Google Sheet so we can connect the accounts to our master Instantly account.

Note: 

  1. As per Google policy you need to have a separate phone number for each user account.
  2. Each user accounts needs a separate number for verification. You can use the same number up to 4 times. After which it may not allow you to use the phone number.

Optional: Using Your Own Instantly Account

If you prefer to manage the connection independently, you can:

  1. Get an Instantly Account: Sign up here: https://instantly.ai/?via=solomon
  2. Connect Directly: Use your Instantly account to connect the emails directly.

Preparing for Outreach

Once connected, we will:

  • Warm Up Inboxes: Prepare your inboxes for outreach over a two-week period to ensure deliverability.
  • Start Outreach: Begin outreach to your prospects using your data and inboxes.
