Email Prospecting Shortcodes

Utilize these shortcodes to personalize email templates effortlessly. These tags are designed to streamline the process, allowing users to simply copy and paste them The shortcodes can be found under the template section of leads on the left panel.

Short Code	Description
`first_name`	Inserts the first name from the database into the email..
`category_name`	Inserts the niche or category of business we are targeting into the email.
`domain`	Adds the domain name of the prospect to the email content.
`company_name`	Inserts the company name of the prospect into the email.
`video`	Embeds a video into the email. Note: A video file must be uploaded to the template; the email will not send without a video if this tag is in the body.
`youtube_video`	Embeds a video from the prospect's YouTube channel into the email. Note: A video file must be uploaded to the template; the email will not send without a video uploaded.
`screenshot`	Inserts a screenshot of the prospect's website into the email.
`ai_subject_line`	Generates an email subject line based on a prompt from the Email Prospecting settings page.
`instagram`	Includes a link to the prospect's Instagram page in the email.
`intro`	Embeds an AI-generated introduction line into the email, based on a prompt from the Email Prospecting settings. Used only in the first email to a prospect as an ice breaker sentence.
`tomorrow`	Inserts a day of the week into the email to suggest a time for a meeting or follow-up, adding two days as options to appear natural.
`wordpress`	Inserts a sentence about the site if it is detected to be using WordPress CMS. This sentence can be customized in the template area.
`city`	Embeds the name of the city into the email. Note: An email will not be sent to a prospect unless a city field is present in the database. We recommend using the geopersonalization tag instead.
`geopersonalization`	Inserts a customized sentence including a city into the email. This sentence can be customized in the template area below the body. The sentence is inserted only if a city is found in the prospect's record. Otherwise we ignore this tag and emails can go out without issues.
`prompt_1`	Allows the creation of sentences using AI, based on different prompts. This prompt can be customized in the Email Prospecting settings.
`prompt_2`	Similar to , this allows for the creation of AI-driven sentences based on various prompts. This can also be customized in the Email Prospecting settings.
`prompt_3`	Used in follow-up emails to reference the business more directly, often starting with "Hello [business name] team,".
