The Tips and Tricks section is great to learn more about the best practices of Clickx. This section gives good recommendations for Clickx customers to get the most out of the platform.


  • Have at least one campaign admin and one campaign user account
  • Update your campaign profile information to receive campaign emails and notifications 

  • Refresh your web browser to fully load and update campaign data
  • Do not use Clickx in an incognito web browser because it may not save information, data, and cookies
  • Take a screenshot to save data 
    • For Windows: Hold down the Windows key + Shift key + 4 key, then use your mouse to highlight the image frame
    • For Mac: Hold down the Command key + Shift key + 4 key, then use your mouse to highlight the image frame
  • To quickly find content on a page, hold down the Windows or Command key + F key, then type in your search phrase in the search field
  • Sync third-party apps, such as Google Analytics, by going to an Integrations section to fully optimize your Clickx campaign
  • If you need to submit a support form, please make the subject title relevant to your problem
  • Use the Clickx Resources page to learn more about a specific knowledge base section, article, topic, etc.
  • Clear your cache to clear data and speed the process of loading websites
  • Clear your cookies to delete browser data if they are causing browser problems 
  • Click on the Clickx logo on the top left of the app screen to redirect to the Clickx dashboard
  • Use tags to easily track and organize specific keywords for a campaign
  • Use the search bar in the Clickx support forums to easily find a search phrase, article, or topic
  • Bookmark the Clickx app to easily get redirected back to Clickx
  • Use the Clickx Glossary to learn more about key concepts and terminology that are used throughout Clickx
  • Create a password that’s at least 6 characters for a secure campaign account
