The screenshot below represents the unique statistics from our Call Tracking section of our platform. You are able to see the Calls By Status, how many calls were answered, and unanswered. You can also see the number of callers on a chart that shows the amount of calls.
As you scroll lower, you are able to view each call, Sorted by the Caller #, Caller Name, Time, Duration, and the status. The screen capture below represents when a callers name has been clicked on by clicking the “+” arrow, which allows you to listen to the conversation in order to check if someone on your team is saying the right things to possible leads.
